Desmut & copper bath.

Copper wheels are hand prepped for maximum throughput off buffing robots.

All wheels are copper buffed robotically prior to chrome plating.

We wash all wheels before both copper and chrome plating.

Chrome Line load station and chrome bath.

Coming off the Chrome Line, wheels are thoroughly rinsed prior to painting.
